The book is divided into easy to navigate sections, and each individual chapter is written as stand alone advice. The HR professional can turn immediately to the appropriate chapter, and find sound advice at their fingertips.
The authors go beyond standard HR advice and information as well. They also provide the tools and concepts for integrating HR into the overall planning and leadership in all aspects of the organization.
